How do you keep projects on schedule?
We build a detailed milestone schedule at the estimate stage and share it with you before signing. Milestones are tracked weekly and you are notified before any date shifts — not after. Our foreman checks in with you at every phase transition.
Are your subcontractors licensed?
Every trade on our job sites — plumbing, electrical, HVAC, structural — is licensed in the state and carries their own liability insurance. We verify coverage before work starts and keep documentation on file for every project.
How are change orders handled?
Change orders are documented in writing with updated costs and revised timelines before any additional work begins. We do not start added scope on verbal approval. Everything is priced, reviewed, and signed before a single nail goes in.
